Great place to eat. Coal fired pizza, fresh salads and nice wine selection. Outdoor seating too. Therese, our server was attentive and accommodating. Great place all the way around. Definitely be back!
Kind of shocked to see all the bad reviews on here. I have been to this Grimaldi's 30-40 times and have NEVER had a bad experience. The Don pizza is the best!! We drive an hour to get here on a regular basis. Today we are driving back from vacation and have been in the road since 5am.. will get home around 6:30 tonight but will stop there on the way home because it's that good. Sometimes i think people give bad reviews to try to get a free meal. Keep up the good work Grimaldi's.
The service was terrible. We felt so rushed and the servers were rude. The food was great, but the girl to begin with scripted to us, then our server tried to tell us everything on the menu, but yet she was mumbling and didn't seem to care about us. Wouldn't go back if you paid me. And on the way out NOBODY acnologied us on the way out or in. While the door was held for everyone else no one cared for us. We may be young but guarantee that if we had better service we would tip WAY more than 20%.
Nothing beats the crisp, chewy goodness of their brick oven pizza. That, and a spinach salad, and I'm a very happy girl.
Well, sometimes I don't believe in online reviews, but let me start with, I agree with all the 1 star reviews, our server was TERRIBLE, brought the wrong drinks then he never came back, after waiving and waiting and he pretended not seeing us or hear us while chatting with the manager, cook and other servers we had to wait some more. Finally I hear him saying that "I have been trying to get out of here for an hour" that's when it hit me. So finally we were able to pay and leave and this "server" started to look me as I have done the wrong here, like other stated I'll NEVER go to any of this franchise, not even if they pay me. Horrible "costumer service"
