NOTHING LIKE A LIGHT BRUNCH: enjoyed a surprisingly good salad here - explanation - it was one that was made with a Caribbean theme (Caribbean Chicken Salad with a honey lime dressing). Had the dressing on the side just in case but it turned out to have just the right amount of zesty taste to it. It comes with shrimp or chicken. One of the best things about this visit aside from meeting people was the price tag - paid $1.07 (not counting the tip I added). How was this so, I used my "Plenti" points. A partner loyalty program of Chili's.

The bar was a good choice since it was a later time of day and made for an opportunity to watch the game highlights and enjoy the company of the bartender and a couple of patrons. They layout is setup to accommodate individual patrons with their two seat table setting and then larger groups in a separate area with booths. Access to the bar is immediate upon entry and there is upfront disabled driver parking. The building is conveniently located near a main thoroughfare for easy in and out.
Very disappointed, I should've known that this restaurant wasn't the place to eat due to the fact that there was no one in the place at 9 o'clock p.m on a Saturday night. The chicken tenders i ordered were raw, needless to say I sent it back. The chicken i ordered for my kids, you can tell had been sitting out for a long time. Their order was reheated and served to them as if it was just cooked. I will never go back to this place.
Love going to the Germantown location. Customer service is always great and they are fast. However this review is only based on the Germantown location. I have went several times to the Chili's in Olive Branch and have waited more than 15 minuets at the door with only 2 people eating in the restaurant and no one come to seat us. One time there were 2 servers in the back playing games at a table, saw us and never acknowledged us, hard to believe they are the same food chain.
Can be a long wait during busy times. Food is hot and fresh. Everything looks clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
