My experience was great! Starting with my phone order. The gentleman who took my order was wonderful, warm and engaging, yet professional. On my entering the restaurant, this same gentleman opened the door and escorted me to the counter for pickup. Again warm and helpful, but not over bearing. He made me feel welcomed. I look forward to returning and dining in, with hopes of him being my server. The tamales were delicious, as always.
Love it! Always pleasant attitude's, clean and food is very good. Always on time.
If you like a pizza with little to no sauce, but instead a layer of tomatoed hamburger - this is your place.
If not, try someplace else.
First timer at this location on Monday 9/11, LOVED IT! I called in my order and was met with a pleasant young lady on the other end that sounded like she took my order with a smile. Got there and was greeted before I could fully get in the door, met with a smile. Had good small talk while I paid and the young lady checked on me while I waited for my order. I am in the medical field so I tend to observe EVERYTHING. I could see in the kitchen and the gentleman changed his gloves as he moved from one area to the other, I observed handwashing when entering the kitchen, and it looked clean and neat. KUDOS! Order came out looking like a menu picture (will share my pics). Hope this is a continual thing because I will be back again. It is so refreshing when you find this type of service in a restaurant.
Very disappointed in the 16", $32 pizza. My son & I were caught up in choosing toppings, we failed to ask for thin crust nor were we asked by employee (who kept rolling his spit to his lips, then sucking it back into his mouth). The crust was doughy & the toppings slid off each time a bite was taken. That was my last trip EVER to Exline's. Aldi's Mama Cozzi's frozen pizza is better & it is about $3.
