I can't return to a restaurant that I have to flip a coin when it comes to enjoying a meal. And that's why a 5 star rating went into the gutter ...
The Date: Monday, March 20, 2017, Germantown Tn. This is my first visit to this Arby's (I've been coming back to Arby's since the corporation was sold from the Wendy's group). On a whim I tried the Greek Gyro. I was shocked, it was THAT good. The pita was warmed to a nice "puffy" texture the way Americans and others like it. A great balance of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and tzatziki was achieved. A 4.5 ! can't give it a 5.0 because it's Kronos style spiced ground meat and not filets of lamb/beef off the vertical spit. A great fast food Gyro!

I went to the one on stage in Bartlett one night after a movie. I went in to order, set my keys down on the counter and walked off without them. Went back in and nobody sewn them, thank God I keep an extra set. Swiped my card for a snack, later checking my transactions, found that the uncivilized check out added her meal too. Out her meal and my keys...I Really like Arby's new menu. Don't at all appreciate the hiring policy.

Fast forward to Friday March 31: I ordered the two gyros for $6. Wow, I got my money's worth, i.e., the toppings on both of the gyros I ordered combined might equal the toppings of the SINGLE gyro I enjoyed on 20 March. Pathetic! What is it with chains? Menu items on sale get less toppings (it's the same story with the local Papa John's)? This day's crew needs training. The pita was an ice cold hockey puck.
