All I can say is WOW! The staff at this location is AMAZING. The store manager Andrew has always treated us like family and we stop by just to chat and tell them how much we love our Sleep Number bed at least once a month. If you don't have one of these you are truly missing out. How can you not be comfortable if you are in control of the comfort! Awesome product and amazing people in Germantown if I could give 100 stars I would.

I bought a bed there 5 months ago; I paid $6000 for the bed & the IQ app(which cost $200 extra). There is now a depression on the right side of the bed. The head of the bed which is split so that the 2 sides can be elevated separately is widening so my head or arm falls into the crack when I roll over. I called the store & Andrew, the current manager of the Germantown store, referred me to customer service. Customer service informed me that it would cost $179 to have a tech come to my house to evaluate the problem. Save your money & sanity. Don't buy one of these beds!
