The overnight front desk clerk
Overall I had a very good stay. Hotel has a pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Complimentary breakfast and dinner are good quality with a decent variety of foods. Staff is very friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioner in my room (made way too much noise), but the employee at the desk let us change rooms at no additional charge.
We stayed here while our wood flooring, in our house, was being replaced. Pet friendly, had all necessary amenities, all staff were very, very friendly and willing to help in any way! I never encountered anyone, who didn't smile and welcome us at anytime during the day/night. Breakfast every morning, downstairs, plenty to choose from and was really good. Had several afternoon light dinners. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Pool, Fitness Room, Kitchenette in room, Laundry... and very close to stores and great restaurant choices.

sorry, I can't remember his name; just made our trip perfect. I also kept teasing the female desk clerk; she just seemed like she was there both day and night. We loved our vacation this year.
My husband and I, stayed in your hotel from September 25 until October 3, 2017. I've never seen employees and managers work so well together. The hotel was clean and friendly, may I say friendly again! Everyone was so nice and dare I say, "friendly" once again.
Great service nice rooms and compliment breakfast is good. I definitely suggest this hotel in the future.
I was located on the 2nd floor in a Studio sweet. The sweet was well furnished very spacious it was myself my husband and I three children. The room was clean cleaning supplies was left for the kitchen area plus all pots and pans large size refrigerator. The staff was very nice and attentive I needed a special room for my mother they were more than willing to assist me with getting her room close to mine also handicap accessible. The pool area very clean the basketball court very nice. I will return to this location for future travels.
