Amazing Courtyard! great staff and very clean
Arrived later in the night and dropped car off with Valet ($22). I left my phone behind and they promptly retrieved it even after parking the car. The lobby is open and spacious. The check-in staff was prompt and friendly. Several times through out they were kind and wished me a pleasant stay in their hotel. Rooms are standard Courtyard style and clean. Would stay again.
I stayed two 11/10 and 11/11 2017. The morning staff was very rude. My room wasn't ready as promised. They kept saying 15 minutes whenever I would go up to the desk. It ended up being a 2 hr wait. The toilet in my room was leaning. The bistro closed really early so it wasn't very convenient. The desk clerk was very friendly at checkout time on 11/12.. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
Awful place. Moldy smell in the bedroom. Got everyone sick with congestion and headaches. Check in was awful, took the lady 20 minutes to check in when the room was prepaid. Then she charged me 170.00 and if I didn't get notifications from my credit card company i wouldn't have known and they would have gotten away with it. To top it all off power went out 4 am in the AM and my family had to take cold showers. This hotel is super old and they can't cover up the old carpet smell even after new carpets. There are a bunch of newer hotels in this area, stay there. Avoid this place.
My stay was fine. However, I was charged twice for my room. After discovering this on my own over a week later, it took quite a while to "convince" the representative over the phone of this. I was told that I would receive a call from the manager and that the funds would be added back to my account. 6 days later and no call nor reimbursement. I called back and asked to speak with a manger and while he was apologetic, he offered no assistance and said the funds should be there in 3 days. He said he couldn't offer me anything because I wasn't an awards member. Literally every service industry has ways to make up for these types of mistakes without having to join a club. This is ridiculous, there are plenty of places to stay that will actually care for their guests and fix problems such as this. Marriott has lost my business.
