We recently had a seller's closing on our house in Collierville, where we had verbally agreed on a price with no closing costs. What was discovered at closing is that Melissa Wilbanks of this Forest Hill Irene office had written in very print to include closing costs in an area that is very inappropriate to make such a request. (there are spaces very obvious to include that request) Such an act is highly unethical, devious and disrespectful to both the other Realtor and their customers. If this is behavior that is acceptable to Crye Leike and it's associate Realtors, I highly, highly suggest you look elsewhere. This just bad form for all involved.
