I wouldn't recommend Methodist anything now.
Open at 8a but do not answer the phone - plan on at least 1.5 hr wait to get in --- treatment is like you're a number and not a human being - in and out as fast as they can process you
I had been here years before (2013) and thought Well of it.. since then after today's visit, I left un informed of why I wasn't prescribed 3 medications, a nice fat baseball sized hematoma in my arm cus the nurse pulled the needle out wrong, and after spending 65 bucks self pay (plus whatever my lab will be that I didn't know about) I'm out prob 120 bucks for nothin. But a bad experience and a referral to just one Dr.. when I needed more than that. Took me 3 hours to be in and out. I was 30 mins early.
On top of that my arm looks like I've got rigamortis or something. The nurse that took my blood reall did a number on it..
Dr. Evans is great! She takes time to speak with you and find out all of your problems. She's very through and friendly. The staff is very friendly as well and everyone is genuinely concerned for your well being. I've visited this clinic several times and each time I've had a positive response!

While it has some good reviews, and the doctors seem well reviewed it seems to be somewhat of a health-care factory that is concerned with return visits and referrals as opposed to understanding the issue before referral. This means that you have a higher chance of being referral bounced or having critical issues because of lack of diagnosis. If you visit this center, expect moderately fast service but rushed appointments and some lack of attention. While this is probably not a concern for some, it may be for others.

Even the hospitals are bad. My uncle contracted MRSA from a surgery in one.
Due to non compliance to medical procedures.
This country's medical system is a joke and Drs won't do their jobs and investigate a little and find out what another patients Dr is doing.
No explanation, and I can't even get my records from there because they won't speak to me.
You make an appointment and are never seen at that appointment time. The wait to see a physician is over an hour after your appointment time. The staff is great though!
Methodist has now discharged me and barred me from visiting Cordova, Bartlett and Germantowns locations.
Only reason I came here was because it was more affordable than my last Dr. Only it cost me more emotionally. I don't ever want to return.
