Love Dr. Givens. We laugh, talk and also take care of business but I feel like she have my health at her best interest. Any questions I have she answer. I never leave feeling like my appointment was rushed or as if she didn't have enough time for me. The office staff is friendly. The ultrasound techs are good and very professional. I JUST LOVE THIS OFFICE..
I think they have so many patients, they just don't care. Yes, I was late and thank God I didn't have a pressing issue. My advice, when it comes to your health, find a small, reputable clinic!
I've been seeing Dr. Givens for about 2 years now and I love it. Their staff are professional and personable, & I don't have to wait a long time. Dr. Givens is so personable. She really has a passion for what she does and cares about her patients.
I first went in for a pap's smear. I waited for about 45 minutes to be seen. The OBGYN was great (Givens). Unfortunately, they needed a better sample, so I had to go back in. I guess that can happen.
Today, I went in for other reasons. I was fifteen minutes late. I got checked in and noticed something seemed wrong, but they had me wait 20 minutes anyway. I was then informed that the Doctor left. I received no courtesy call. I was told, "YOU were late & YOU didn't call." I said it was still unacceptable. I received no apology. I asked if they was anyone else who could see me, since I drive 40 minutes. "No, they are gone for day. Do you want to reschedule? Um, no.
I have never had so many issues with a doctors office before. Its hard enough trying to get them to answer the phone but its even harder to receive a call back. They are not helpful with questions and do not listen to what you need. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a new doctor.
This office is a total ripoff!!! They charge you for things they didn't do. I am filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
