The doctor had little patience responding to questions and was irritated by seeking clarifications on some valid concerns.
The administration did not collect the co-payment on the post-surgery visits even asked about it and later we were billed for 5 appts while we were thinking that the visits were part of the post-surgery follow-up appts. They would have clearly know the type of claim they would submit to the insurance company and yet did not appraise us of the cost of some of those unnecessary appts.
The lady at the front desk is awesome (and very cute)! Dr Kennedy delivered my son and he is great!
Dr. Taylor is the most down to earth OB I have ever seen. Laid back and takes plenty of time to answer all my questions. Also remembers all my kids names (or has it in my file- either way she tries) and ask about them at my appointments. Love her!
