Dr. Chu is a wonderful doctor. I have been a patient for over 12 years and Dr. Chu always shows genuine concern and empathy for his patients and takes time with each and every one of them. The office and location are very nice. Overall, he has a good staff, however, they could be a little more timely in their patient call backs. The nurse line states someone will return your call same day, however, it is usually the next business day or two days, even if you call in the morning. I would, and have, highly recommended Dr. Chu to others.
They don’t call back in a timely manner when you have a problem. The receptionist staff are very rude and snotty acting. I’m done with this practice.
