Kind folks, but completely unresponsive. The court needs a new part time prosecutor as Mr. Price won't try a case (and in my case I know why). He has good credentials but won't move.

So even after you have paid for all court fees etc, they will not send your proof of payment to designated people. YOU will have to send the proof because even if you have paid them they will not clear it out of their system so PLEASE KEEP ALL RECORDS, that is a money house down there and they will take you through hell and high water, I never thought I will say I miss the 201 court system and would have loved for me to have handled my situation there!

If you have traffic warrants out of Germantown or you've been jailed over unpaid traffic fines please know that the Supreme Court has made the jailing of indigent persons over fines illegal and courts around the country are being sued in Federal Court because so many courts are jailing poor people. The case being used to fight these unconstitutional jailings is --> U.S. Supreme Court, TATE v. SHORT, 401 U.S. 395, 401 U.S. 395 TATE v. SHORT. Don't trust Attorneys or the courts to tell you this because they are all making money off of these unconstitutional acts. It is a violation of the 14th Amendment per the U.S. Supreme court to first impose a fine as a sentence and then convert that fine to jail time for the poor.
