I have been coming here for 6 years and am always happy with the quality of work that they do. Their employees are always courteous and I do not understand the negative reviews. In fact, when I dropped off a bike for service they worked extra hard to get it done before the end of the weekend. Also, on one occasion, they adjusted my derailler for free. I don't have a feel for whether their rates are competitive but I bet they are. At any rate, they do way better work than I could do and you're supporting a local business. I would go here if I had to buy a new bike - you'll get properly fitted.
I don't know anything about bikes but it is my husband's main hobby. The people at Peddler have always helped me choose something for him, they know what he needs/wants much better than I do. They are courteous and I have nothing but good things to say.

This shop sells high quality bike parts. The good thing about them is that they don't overprice their items. This is the reason why I keep on coming back here from time to time.
This happened a few months ago, but better late than never. Everyone knows Joe, and he is one of the best techs in town. I dropped in after a ride with a drivetrain issue, and he immediately put it on the stand and fixed it quickly, with no charge to me. Thanks again Joe!
