The sales people have been friendly, greeted me and asked to help. They were also more than happy to let me look around without bothering me. When I have needed something specific they have had it. We bought my wife an Electra cruiser here. Going over it after we took it home I found a few issues that had to be fixed. Based on what I found I am leery about using them for maintenance/repairs. It showed inattention to detail more than pure negligence. I will however continue to go here for parts, tools, etc. I would also consider buying another bike here.

The staff was very friendly. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in even though the staff was busy helping another customer. Mike took my bikes off my bike rack, and he put them back on. I had my bike tuned up after it sat in a storage room for months. Also, the brakes didn't work well in the front. When I picked my bike up, it looked brand new. It works great now. I've been riding ever since.
Very knowledgeable guys. Mike is awesome and informative. Never knew so much went into keeping your bike in tip top shape. Will always go to ask questions or get repairs.
