The service was horrible. First, I was not only ignored and never asked if I needed help, I was also whacked in the face by the blouses one salesperson was hanging on the rack above where I was looking at the clothes. I then asked 3 times if I could try on the clothes and I was ignored. I have never been treated so poorly at an Ann Taylor store and I will never go to that location again. Order online and save yourself from rude salespeople!
Was in the store for 5 minutes and the associates never acknowledged me. This isn't the 1st time this has happened but it is the last time that I'll ever visit this location.

I have been shopping at Ann Taylor for many years. I spend quite a bit of money with them and also have their credit card. However, I recently moved to the area and I have visited this store on 3 occasions. Every single time, I experience poor customer service. I thought maybe the employees were having a bad day before, but it is obvious that this store does not care about the customer experience. The employees here are rude. I just went today and I ended up leaving empty handed because no one would offer assistance or offer a dressing room. I did have a return and the woman behind the counter looked at me like I was being an inconvenience to her. I will not be returning and I will choose to take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate that people who choose to work in the service industry treat customers so poorly.
