The staff are definitely very helpful and I have been going to this store and Hollywood Feed in general for years now for my pet supplies. I have been using the customer loyalty program where you get a free case of canned food for every 12 bought. Recently since the store 'updated' to a computerized system of tracking the loyalty program purchases, I've noticed on a couple of occasions that the purchases were not recorded and the receipt would state I still had as many cases to buy before getting the free one. During the first weeks of this 'update' it even wiped out my recent purchase history... I was ok at first and willing to oversee this but today it happened again for the 3rd time and I'm simply tired of this unreliability in the loyalty program... I really hope it's a technical glitch in their new system and not intentional because if it is the latter, and I'm starting to feel more and more like it, then I simply do not wish to shop here any more. I'm thinking of taking my business online...
