Service wasn't that great and it's making the Lennys restaurant name look pretty bad!
I do not know what has happened in the last few months, but they cannot seem to get my order right. I rather drive to the one in Collierville. Much better service.

I order box lunches and catering often from this Lenny's for work. I sometimes drive out of the way to use this one due to them always having the order ready and fresh! The customer service is by far the best I've experienced in the Memphis area. I've used several different Lenny's and this one so far is the only one I can count on having my order ready as scheduled. They call me by name when I arrive and always help me to the car. The owner is so friendly! I would strongly recommend this Lenny's over the others close by!
