I really dig on Vom Fass. It's an awesome concept and a great way to refine your tastes in small batch liquors. It's on my list to make try out their line of oils

The staff knew intricate details about what was in everything we were trying, they knew historical factoids about the various wines, spirits, oils, vinegars, and they were just plan great people. Whoever did the hiring knows how to pick 'em.
They put her music of choice on the speakers, and walked us through the tasting experience.
