I've been a loyal Dryve Cleaners customer for 10 yrs.Helen the mgr. has a habit of not returning phone calls on past problems. This time, I had two shirts that weren't cleaned and one had stains all over the pocket. After three trips, I finally got a direct number from the employee. My ear is still ringing from Helen yelling at me the customer. She ruined a Tommy Hilfiger shirt. Hung up on me twice, third time she wouldn't answer. I've never been so rudely treated as a customer ever. Unbelievable! Someone needs to call Helen and give her some Customer Service training. As for Dryve Cleaners, in Germantown/Collierville, that was the final straw!
