My husband and I took our three year old son to Pigtails & Crewcuits in Germantown to get his haircut. Previously we were taking him to other larger chains, that did not specialize in kids. The facility was absolutely kid friendly - plenty of entertainment for the little ones. Ms. Erica did a fantastic job with our son! Not only did he receive one of his best cuts yet, but she was so patient with him! At the end of his cut, he got a lollipop treat and a surprise from the treasure chest - he was thrilled! This was the best haircut experience with our son! We will definitely be returning for all of our son's future haircuts!
I love this place, my 15 month old Son didnt even cry while getting his haircut. the staff and management are super friendly. I would recommend this place
We have been loyal to this place and referred many people in the past but received such poor customer service recently I will never go back. I wish I'd remembered about the Lion's Mane before taking my kids here. From now on I'll be being better service and value from The Lion's Mane.
We have had many positive experiences at P&C and will continue to return. My 4 yo is very comfortable in the salon - he knows exactly what to expect which makes our salon adventures successful (in my opinion!).
The stylists and receptionist are quick, skilled, friendly, and great with kids. My three year old is terrified of haircuts but does SO well when the Pigtails and Crewcuts crew works with him. He always ends up with a smile and a great new haircut. Managaement is amazing and always listens if you have any questions, concerns, or comments. This is the only place I will take my kiddos now when they need a trim :-)
