Quick and intense, as hard as you want to push yourself, lots of air conditioning, facility does not smell like sweat or bleach, friendly employees, equipment seems to mostly work as if new or well maintained, help if you need it, close to home, plenty of parking close by (you don't want to walk too far to work out :) - cons - expensive and some weight room exercises are hard for newbies (me) to grasp all of the movements, especially when your heart is pounding and sweat is in your eyes!
The workouts are super intense, however being a newbie, I could modify any move to my fitness level. I love the instructor led classes. That's way I'm not wasting time on a treadmill at a traditional gym. At Orangetheory, I'm getting an effective workout and I've noticed a difference in my performance after one week.
Keli's class was so much fun!! She is so energetic, keeps you motivated throughout the workout, and does a great job of explaining the workout and modifications for all the movements. I highly recommend dropping her class to try it out!!

The workout was high intensity, burned a lot of calories, and the hour went by so fast! I loved that you could see where you were at at all times from the monitors so you could so you could make sure to optimize your workout and stay in the target range.
