Ordered an arrangement 3 weeks in advance for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It did not show up until after my wife had left for work. I tried to call them all day and only one time did they answer and immediately hung up on me. Then after 1 pm all my calls went straight to voicemail. Finally got someone to answer at about 5:15 and they said they would resend it the next day for us and they didn't have enough drivers. Ruined this Valentine's Day for my wife. Will NEVER use edible arrangements from any store ever again.
I ordered my items on Feb. 1 to be delivered on Feb. 14. Item never should up and when I call, I was told it was out for delivery. Horrible customer service
I Would NOT Recommend this location to anybody! The service was garbage! and they mess-up my order did not deliver all that was purchase. called me back with the news that there no ingredients for my order and had to replace it with something else. Over all BAD SERVICE!! FIRST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER!!!
worst customer service. kyra and Lisa were horrible and lied 3 different times. After catching them in a lie, they lied again and put me on hold to get their story straight. After asking to the managers name, they hung up on me. I would not use this location or company for that fact.
Terrible customer service. No idea of where they can and can't deliver. Not willing to make something I can pick up myself. Didn't have anything in the To-go fridge. Basically did not want or need my business.
